The Coplay Cement Plant is located in the southeastern part of Pennsylvania. Coplay is located directly across the Lehigh River from Northampton. This cement plant was built a few hundred yards from the Lehigh River and the Lehigh Valley Railroad parallels this river on the Coplay side.
